Duration - 7 Days
Format - A group of 50 - 60 participants will live together for 7 days and interact in loose group settings.
Costs : Free to participate - Organizations pay for their participants travel, hostel, stationary and food costs - Voluntary contributions welcome
Topic - LokVidya IT and related issues in context of and as relevant to - swadeshi samaj and IT hierarchies.
Access - Open to all age-groups, backgrounds and IT skill levels.
Girls and youth from Hindi speaking and rural background will get priority over English speaking and urban background participants in case hostel accommodation is exceeded.
Breakup - Groups of 10 participants will join together to form Teams. Each Team will have access to One Desktop Computer and Free Software.
Participants should be encouraged to ask questions and actively kill fear of Information Technology.
Leader of each group will be rated by the team on how cooperative and knowledgeable he or she is.
Is knowledge to be shared or to be kept secret and mystified ?
Participants - About 15 from each activist organization - Any participant who has a laptop can bring it along if it has Ubuntu loaded on it or wants Ubuntu loaded on it.

मैं यही सब सोच रहा था जब भड़ास पर पढ़ा "विवाद के अंत के बाद--कुछ झलकियाँ"| मन मसोस कर सोचा चलो अच्छा हुआ| रोज़-रोज़ की मारा मारी खत्म हुयी| पर गम कम न था| इतना अच्छा मनोरंजन का साधन जो था ये विवाद| वैसे वाद-विवाद बहुत ही अच्छी चीज़ होती है| तभी तो स्कुल-कालेजों मे होती रहती है वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिताएं|

पर ये क्या| विवाद के खात्मे की पोस्ट को लेकर ही विवाद हो गया| विवाद का विषय--विवाद से किसने कितना कमाया| भड़ास वाले यशवंत जी कह रहे हैं की बहुत कमाई हो गयी, और मोहल्ले वाले अविनाश जी चार डॉलर की कमाई दिखा रहे हैं| अब कैसे पता चले की सच क्या है--डॉलरों की बरसात या फिर चार डॉलर| कहीं अविनाश जी इनकम टैक्स वालों के डर से तो नहीं छुपा रहे| ठीक भी है| क्या पता कोई मुखबिर ख़बर कर दे, या फिर वो ख़ुद ही देख लें|

अविनाश जी, यशवंत जी, आप दोनों मुझे चुपके से बता दीजिये कितनी कमाई हुई| कसम! मैं किसी को नहीं बताऊंगा, इनकम टैक्स वालों को तो बिल्कुल भी नहीं|

कहीं ऐसा तो नही की कमाई करने के लिए आप दोनों ने ये महाभारत रचा है| वैसे टीवी वाली महाभारत भी अच्छी कमाई कर रही होगी|

जो भी हो, ये महाभारत चालू रखियेगा| कम से कम होली तक| मज़ा आयेगा|
