You got a crappy life??? Your crappy thoughts are the reason.

Thing is the law of attraction works all the time, every time. It doesn't pick and choose only the happy thoughts to create with. It is thought neutral. Whatever thoughts you are giving the most energy to are the ones that show up as stuff, situations, people, circumstances in your life the quickest.

Your life, everything in it, is a perfect reflection of your thoughts, beliefs, and passions.

By taking inventory of what you are presently experiencing you will get a clear idea of the kinds of thoughts you've been playing with.

Many after watching The Secret started vision boards and saying positive things. You are probably one of them. You began to see parking spaces open up for you, friends you thought of started calling.

You realized small little magical minutes of working with the law of attraction to create and attract a few things in your life.

If you moved on to bigger things, great.

However.. if you are still not getting the big stuff like the car, job, life partner, financial abundance.. then face it.. you are a crap magnet.

The main key to the law of attraction in action every day in every way in your life is really changing on the core level.. your beliefs.

Take a moment and think through the last few days. What excuses have you been using to explain why your life is so hard?

I hear a lot of people say without even thinking; that's my luck, food makes me fat, the fates are against me, it's God's will, things will work out.

Do any of those sound familiar?

Your core beliefs are stored in your subconscious. They are the program that runs automatically inside you. Every situation is filtered through these beliefs. They are the thought foundation of your life.

Without making a change in your life time of stored beliefs you will continue to attract crap in line with your thinking.

Write down all the life beliefs that you have. Start with money. What are your favorite sayings about money and people who have lots of it. Be honest with yourself or it will not help you.

Continue with relationships, jobs, family, work, rest, health, body size and weight.

After you have finished your lists take a good long look at them. Get in touch with how you feel about these “truths”. Do they really ring true for you? If not take steps to change them.

You can only attract into your life things you are in vibrational sync with. Just as you can't watch channel 52 by tuning your cable to channel 89, you can't attract what you don't believe in.

Take your list and turn your negative crap magnet attracting beliefs into the flip side of themselves.

If you wrote that “money is the root of evil”.. and now you realize that's hogwash.. change it to money is the energy that allows me to enjoy a life of giving, sharing and bliss.

If you are having a problem with relationships, change your thinking around. Rather than “men/women are users” state I am surrounded by people who treat me with love and respect.

Now as you begin loving and respecting yourself and other more, you will begin attracting according to your thoughts, beliefs and expectations.

The thing about thoughts and beliefs is they are the basis of your “faith”. You expect life to be the way you think and believe and it's always proving you right.

Shift your thoughts, think them often enough for them to become beliefs and your expectations and experiences will follow in line with them.

I suggest a lucky charm or something similar to keep with you. This of course isn't the magic, the magic is each time you are aware of it you'll be reminded to choose thoughts in line with what you really desire.

You are the magic, you are the power. You are the creator of your own life. Choose thoughts in vibrational alignment with that which you wish to experience. Do it constantly and watch your life change.

You'll no longer be a crap magnet.. you'll be a bliss magnet.. working consciously with the Law of Attraction ... in action in your life.

I've been doing a lot of self-reflection lately, ruminating for the majority of my day. I don't think it's very healthy, to be honest. Finally, I have realised what all the nurses, and psychologists, and psychiatrists have been trying to get out of me all along - a reason as to how, and why I ended up like this. And it's all to do with this big 'secret' that I have forced out of my mind for the last four years, that has now come back with a vengeance, set on eating me up from the insides out. Obviously it doesn't explain everything, but it explains a great deal.
So, I told my friend from therapy. Well, he told me his secret, and I told him mine. It only seemed fair, and to be honest I don't think I could have kept it to myself for much longer without it literally driving me insane.
Anyway, he wants me to tell the staff, because he says there's no way I'm going to get better if I don't. He thinks it explains so much about my behaviour, and he is probably right. So, in one of our targets and goals groups, he set me the task of revealing the secret. The staff realised that something was going on here, and asked me what it was. No biggie, I said, nothing I couldn't deal with. So they left it, forgot about it, or so I thought.

I was speaking to that same friend on thursday, who told me something that has had me all in a tizzy ever since. According to him, he was talking to one of the nurses about me 'cause he was worried about me. Fine. Sweet, even. Then, she apparantley told him that she had 'a good idea what the secret is' and asked him to encourage me to tell them it.

Shit. They know my secret, or at least they have a good idea of what it is. I suppose it's not that easy to work out. They are never going to treat me the same way ever again, they are never going to think of me the same way again. Will they be angry that I have wasted the last year of their time by not telling them? Annoyed that I have compromised my recovery by keeping this from them? Or will they be understanding? It's unlikely but stranger things have happened.

I suppose, in a way, I would like to tell them. There are just no words for it, and trust me I have searched. I would probably get nervous and crack up laughing, or break down in tears. I don't want to over-dramatize or trivialize the situation, as I have a habit of doing both. If I don't tell them, I will crack up. If I do tell them, I will do the same. It's such a horrible position to be in, and I just have no idea what to do. Oh, and there is also the problem that they think I'm partly an attention seeker, so who knows if they would even believe what I said? For lack of a better word, Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

Hugs and words of wisdom would be nice.

The Keylog definitely isn't recent, it's from a time when he still used to call himself by his real name, James Peddie, a time when a YoYo Games Helpdesk Question just might get answered within the space of two weeks (I seem to remember a "James Peddie" responding [not solving ;) ] one of my helpdesk questions in the past).

it goes on to his classic argument with some guy at Mashable.com, who shares the same first name as me, and pwned Bobserge according to a look back through this blog - Adam Hirsch. This gives us a good idea of the date when this log was taken, around Mid-December 2007, but I see him mention prior to that "Nov 21st!" (that's a direct quote) so it looks like the log spans a month-or-two of YoYoJim's time at the end of last year.

Sounds fun, doesn't it ... 3 men, alone together ... although on second thought, it was probably 4 ;) annoyingly there's no punctuation in the Keylog, so he could've said "me, nick, clayton and Sandy", in which case it would be YoYoJim, the missing and presumed fired GMC admin Nick_M, the other missing GMC admin clayts, and Sandy Duncan, the head of YoYo Games who, rather like YoYoJim, doesn't seem to have any use.

Either way, one thing's for sure: our young friend Jim spent the night with Clayton. ;) XD

And if you look near the beginning he mentions "theplace4vitamins.com", which right now is a parked domain ... but could it once have been Mr. Peddie's online resource for special type of "vitamin"? You know what I'm talking about! :D And he wouldn't be the first YoYo mod to be persuaded that way! ;)

And one last thing - some of you may be wondering how this is possible ... the log has most likely been collected as a result of someone installing a keylogger on YoYoJim's computer (although there are other, harder ways it could have been obtained) ... but how? Could he have been hacked? With that level of incompetence, I've no doubt it's possible, but I say it's more likely that someone took advantage of YoYo Games' Useless Virus Scanner and Instant Play and got lucky. That or they deliberately attracted his attention to their less-than-innocent game and got it on his computer that way. ;)

Hopefully YoYo will take notice of this and in turn, take more care in preventing YoYo from turning into the dangerous, malware-filled site it's always been equipped to become.

DOTA-Allstars map 6.49 have secret boss (Kael the Invoker) but you will have to do several things (quest) to get this secret boss. In this post, I will give you the walktrhough and clue how to do the quest and beat Kael the Invoker, this powerfull secret boss.

To get into this secret boss, you will need to find and kill some "Icefrog" (See picture below)

To kill this Icefrog, you will need to have this ability:

1. True Sight (gem or sentry wards)

2. Blink Ability (Kellen Dagger, Magina or Akasha)

3. Tree Destroyer (Ancient of Tango, Furion or Rexxar)

4. Dagon (If your hero does not have spell. Icefrog can only be killed with spell)

Note: I prefer Akasha with Boots of Travel and gem. Dont forget to type -ap, -wtf and whosyourdaddy :D

First Part:

1. Scourge's top line. Between first tower and second tower. [Q]

2. Sentinel Fountain, behind the tavern. Need to use blink ability here. [U]

3. Sentinel Neutral Creep Camp, the third camp from the left. [A]

4. Southeast of the map. First you need to go to Northwest of the map and then destroy the trees untill you find a green portal.With that portall, you will be teleport to Southeast of the map (the place of the secret boss). You will find one frog there. [S]

We all know it’s that time again, Wimbledon. Our hopes have been dashed again already but something good has come out of this. The lovely people at euros asked us to create an illustrated map for their client, evian, who are sponsors of this years event. This was used as a front cover wrap in the press. Our artist matt johnstone proved a winner in this cute piece…if you look closely enough you’ll find some bears in underpants and aliens in there…shhhhhh.

To have a secret boy/girlfriend, you must have a clear mind as to who are dangerous. For example, if your parents do not want you dating until you're done with your education, then your parents are dangerous. If your siblings are prone to tattle-telling, then they are dangerous as well. If they like to explode all your secrets during disagreements, even if you rarely fight, they are still dangerous. Before you talk about your "secret boy/girlfriend", think about the consequences. If you are in a situation where your best friend has "the right to know" (which I can never understand why) and they often blurt things out unaware of the potential hazards, do whatever you want. In my case, I chose to tell my best friend. During dinner, I invited her to my house and she asked me about my boyfriend. I looked at her in the eye real quick, and she immediately knew what she had done. If your friend is quick, s/he will know what to do. My friend turned it around and made it look like a joke. But if your friend still doesn't know what they have done, you should turn it into a joke.

Having a secret boy/girlfriend will definitely stop you from going out as much as often if your obstacle is a parent who wants to monitor where you go and who you're going with. If you have received parents like mine, then you must think before you propose to your parents your plan to go out. My parents don't always ask the questions but just in case they do, I think about a "plan". Let's say, I'm going to go out with my boyfriend to the mall. You have to create the scenario. The smart thing to do is not to lie about the destination and not pick a selection of friends whom your parents can actually contact. If you lie about the destination, you could always direct it away by saying "Oh I left the mall a while ago, now I'm at another mall since there's nothing to do there." If they insist on picking you up or seeing you immediately, say that it isn't a convenient time and promise to reach them later...but soon. I've never had destination problems but I have had trouble with picking my best friend to be one of the people hanging out at the mall. My parents couldn't reach me for some reason and called her, and she replied that she was not with me. If you're quick, you will explain that she was supposed to go but suddenly, she didn't come. You need to think of ways to use the gaps in stories. Try not to involve people who your dangerous individuals can contact. Even if they don't specifically ask about the relationship, it may come up unexpectedly. When you're experienced with scheming, you can eventually go to their house! I go to his house to play Nintendo DS Lite with him and sometimes make him watch dramas with me, so I have a solid alibi already. If you're a naughty person by chance, I think you could still think of a scheme? If I was a naughty and sexually active person, I would not pick an excuse of an action that I would not normally do. For example, I wouldn't say "I'm going to his house to talk about clothes and play Neopets." First of all, I don't like talking about clothes and I don't play Neopets. Neither does he. Using this excuse that does not work for either of you will raise maximum suspicion. You don't want that.

If you intend to stay with them after a date or a visit or whatever, you need to act normal afterwards. For example, if you normally talk a lot about your adventures to the mall with your actual friends, make it up and do that. If you suddenly go silent as if you went nowhere and that you really didn't see all your friends, that is suspicious. You don't want to act oddly after going out, it shows that you did not experience what you would have and that you could be guilty of scheming.

Think about how long you want to keep it a secret. If you were to ask me, I don't think I could possibly publicly date until one or two years later so that's how long I have to keep scheming. It normally depends on your obstacle. How long would it take them to accept your secret boy/girlfriend? If you have older siblings with boy/girlfriends, when did they start publicly dating? Use that information to back up your choice to "start" dating. You can also make an impact to unsuspecting parents that you have been secretly dating all along (unless it angers them). The whole idea of that impact is to prove that you had self-control and did not get yourself or your girlfriend pregnant or do anything foolish or get badly influenced by each other. As for influence, I trust everyone to have good sense in picking their lovers. If not, then try not to mention that you have been dating secretly in the past.

Nosy friends can get really annoying especially when all they ask you is "Are you and Blah dating?" You can say "no", laugh it off and say "no", just laugh, say "yes" sarcastically, insult them, beat them up, or pretend you never heard them. Actually, you can just stay silent and look at them as if they're crazy. I recommend the raised brow technique. It works on almost everyone. That way, they are not given an answer but somehow believe that the answer is a "no". If they still insist on finding an answer, say "What do you think?" Continue to look at them as if they're crazy. Overdo it. Make them feel like they're saying crazy things.

I end this how-to article with this because I can't really think of anything else. I may add something later. What a long sentence and... what a long post.

My friend Ehart recently asked some interesting questions because we were discussing what lengths one should go to in order to "not cause someone to stumble."


1. If you have alcoholic beveriges in your home because you either (a) do not personally sin in drinking or (b) take a little wine with dinner for your heart or (c) have a swallow of whiskey to soothe a coughing fit, would you be caring or dishonest in putting it away if you had someone coming over who considered alcohol a "mortal" sin?
It would be "caring" if my guest was a recovering alcoholic who couldn't stand the temptation of seeing it on my counter. (Although this still depends on the person - my grandfather has been sober for almost 20 years and seeing other people drink doesn't phase him.) I think that it would be dishonest to change my lifestyle or hide my own convictions just because someone disagreed with me.

2. If you smoke, are you being considerate or dishonest in leaving your cigarettes in the car or at least out of sight when you are around non-smokers or at church?
It's considerate if the other people are allergic to smoke, otherwise it's probably dishonest. If you're going to smoke, you should never lie about it. If someone isn't willing to be your friend because you choose to smoke, then they aren't really your friend at all.

3. If you wear both knee-lenth skirts and ankle-length skirts are you being caring or dishonest if your friend who only wears ankle-length is coming over?
I'm kinda' torn on this one. I don't think it would be a big deal to put on a longer skirt if we had planned the get-together in advance, but I also don't think I should have to conform to what someone else thinks is right or wrong. I feel like that's being dishonest with myself and my own beliefs, and sacrificing my own convictions to appease someone else.

4. If you wear shorts in the summer, are you being considerate or dishonest if you change quickly if you see a friend pull up in the driveway who doesn't approve of shorts.
Dishonest.

5. If you wear slacks or jeans (ladies) and you have a friend who is dresses only, are you being caring or dishonest by only wearing a skirt when she is around?
If I'm doing it just to please her, that's dishonest because I'm portraying myself as something that I'm not.

6. If you have a friend who believes that to not cover your hair is a blatant sin, should you wear a hat or other covering if the two of you are going out together?
No. I have several Mennonite friends (EHart - I don't know if you remember when I worked at the Kress, but one of the cooks was Mennonite and we actually spent a lot of time together. I even went caroling with her church and attended a service, but did not cover my head and she, in fact, told me not to because I didn't usually do that) and this has never been an issue in our friendship.

7. If you have a friend who doesn't believe a woman should show her elbows in public, would you put on a jacket even in the summertime (90 or above) to keep from offending?
No. I get heat exhaustion very easily and I would rather be healthy and not pass out than be overheated. I know many women claim they can dress from head to toe in the heat and not be hot, but it's tank tops for me.

The last question is probably the most interesting to me because I think I've only worn jackets or long sleeved shirts a handful of times over the past 3 years that I've lived in Hawai'i. I've also not met any women who live here who believe one should "always keep elbows covered" so I wonder if that's an idealistic "mainland thing" that women from cold climates come up with. Even the most "modest" of women and the most "reserved" women I know who are Christians dress appropriately when it's hot out. If I were to walk outside in 90+ degree weather in a jacket, I would probably get beslapped for silliness and setting myself up to overheat. I also think it's funny to note that the most modest, reserved girl I know here (who actually yelled at me for asking if she had kissed her date -- she said she didn't want to give her heart away so "of course" she didn't kiss him) wears bikinis to the beach.

In the same manner think about the role models you would like to emulate.  Make sure the role models you pick resonate with you in more than one way.  Avoid having role models who are successful only in one area of life but lack a lot to be desired in other areas (of course, it is a smart idea to learn an effective skill from anyone).  Take a moment to check your choice about your role models with your head and heart.  If both of them do not agree think again.  With a little effort you will find a role model or two that are right for you.

Once you have selected the right role model/s for you, make  a list of their positive qualities and prioritize them in the order you would like to have them.  Create a workable, personalized plan to move forward in that direction.

To help you get there sooner create a vision board that includes every thing about you would like to see transformed and include your role models pictures on it.

Practice a few minutes of visualization by looking at your vision board and then closing your eyes to capture the vision in your mind's eye.  Imagine you are already there - capture this feeling.  Let this feeling be part of your brain's chemistry.  Add a few affirmations to your practice and start experiencing transformation.  These are the secrets of manifesting the law of attraction.

Take a three part approach to realizing your dreams by manifesting them into reality by:

1. Use your mind's imagination - burn your vision in your mind.
2. Take control of your speech, your self-talk, and affirmations.
3. Get moving with your body towards the transformation you desire.

You can be almost certain your role models took the above three-part or a similar approach to transform themselves.  If they did it, so can you.

Talk to yourself positively, encourage yourself, see yourself transformed, and play the itransformgame while having fun.

I don't know who reads this blog or if they have ever had any type of counselling or therapy but in counselling, especially in a group, one of the things they try to get you to do is, when you confess something you think is so horrible or that you think people will look down upon you for, they tell you to look up and into every ones eyes and see how they really feel now that you have spilled your "horrible" secret.  There are of course no eyes to look into when blogging only comments to look over, if any are left.  But despite the fact that there are no reassuring eyes to tell you how normal you are blogging is still therapeutic.

Today is one of those days were I feel like things could crumble or take shape soon but right now all I am is a mess.  I know how silly it is for me to still think of him.  I don't even know him ... really.  Yet I am waiting to see if somehow he will remember me and call me when he gets back into the state.  He wont.  This is reality not some stupid fantasy.  Yet I hold my breath every time I get a text message, call, or even every time I check his myspace to see if he has logged on... he hasn't in the last 18 days.  I would like to chalk this stupidity up to hormones and my period but I can't because it has lasted since the day I met him.  Am I one of those pathetic girls who cyber stalks the guys she likes and is a desperate fool ... I would love to say no but how can I.  Guess I am just waiting for my head to move on to something or someone new.  Guess I just wish he would call and want to hook up. 

Wish I would stop being so disappointed that I am not pregnant.  I have almost cried on several different occasions regarding babies... stupid biological clock.

They are scare and were hurt and are fear of losing. I don't think it is the object of lost that griefs them but the feeling of losing something that they had put so much effort in, because they already put in everything they have into what they once had.

They are funny and make people go weak in the knees, sometimes out of curiosity and other times people just enjoy watching. If you feel deep enough, desperate people are very very sincere people. Digging their heart out for you and laying all their feelings down for you is what they do.

The master secret of the ages is that we have the power living within us to influence our sub-conscious mind and create a life of purpose, love, peace, health, abundance, faith, joy, creativity and freedom from want. It's called the spiritual path.

Inside the soul of every human on earth is the desire to find it and set it free. True spirituality is the struggle to overcome the experience of separating the lower and higher natures and bringing the two halves together to live in peace and harmony with ourselves.

It is an individual process that allows us to find wholeness and oneness within ourselves and then connect with the universal source and honor it in others.

This is our true humanity and the path of light spoken of and revered by most of the great teachers and philosophers over the ages. Finding it is the most priceless of treasures and should be No. 1 priority of every living soul. If we lived by this divine guidance and accepted it as our birthright and heritage as children of the supreme creative power, there would be little need for hate, war, disease, poverty, fear, sadness or enslavement to addiction or quick fixes.

There is a way to find this ageless secret. It begins with accepting the fact that you are a spiritual being right now. The hunger we feel inside isn't so much for earthly cravings, as much as it is for finding and feeding our spirit, then passing the torch and helping others find their light and truth.

We don't have to do anything to be spiritual. We just have to accept the fact that we already are and let our dreams, visions and inspirations guide us and keep us on the path of balance, focus and surrender of the ego. The key is just to be human and as fully ourselves as we can be. It is more important to be than to do. It is more important to do than to have. We have to believe before we can achieve. We don't have to prove ourselves, we need to accept ourselves.

Everyone should plant seeds and grow different forms of life. Mother Earth is our greatest teacher about the true nature of the master secret. She is the giver of second chances.

Through the law of the circle and the seasons, she says if the effects of the past are unsatisfactory, release the accumulated trash and negativity to make room for new growth, sow new seeds and move on and grow a new cause and life.

In a garden we plant the seeds, water them, cover them up and surrender them to the universal power. We don't grow the crop, spirit does. The surrender creates patience, trust and faith in the higher power. The key word is surrender.

How does this apply to our lives? When you get a good idea of something you want, first, visualize it. See it in your mind's eye. Then write it down. This is like making a contract or commitment with spirit. Then speak the desire out loud. This sends the request out to spirit. Then ask the universe to bring you the materialization or physical manifestation of the vision.

Our job, then, is to watch for signs the idea has been blessed by the creator, and the roots are being fed by the source. Nothing grows without the blessing of the roots. This is true of flowers in a garden, a child in a mother's womb or people, events and things we desire in life.

This is the master secret of the ages at work. The key is to first put faith and trust in spirit, not in people or the world. This is an awesome power living in every one of us and yet seldom used or fulfilled. Go inside, take the plunge, get to know this vast power and use it to fulfill your destiny. Bring it out and set it free.

You can do it. You were born to do it. No one else can do it for you. It lives in your soul.

Inside the soul of every infant is a genius, a purpose and a destiny that few ever truly find. Why is this so? The question I hear more than any other is "How can I find my true purpose in life and be happy?" Life is based on the principle of cause and effect. Happiness is the effect of creating a useful purpose in life.

Every one of us can bring love, peace, health, abundance, faith, joy and creativity into our own. Living a spiritual-based life in the light should be the No. 1 goal. The process starts by learning how to contact and release the hidden power of the subconscious mind.

There are many books about how to do this, but few are able to fully describe the process so that it is easy to understand how to manifest the full beauty and potential of the spirit. We don't have to acquire this power. We already possess it. Our job is to learn how to understand and use it so we can apply it to all phases of our lives.

If you look around, you will see that the majority of people live in an outer-directed world based on earthly possessions and power. We are always hungry for more. There is never enough to satisfy the hunger. This kind of life eventually creates pain and suffering because of the imbalance, and we begin to rely on quick fixes like food, drugs, alcohol, gambling and other items of the flesh to give us temporary relief.

Watch television in the evening, and you will see and hear of dozens of quick fixes claiming to temporarily numb out the pain and suffering. The fact is that none of these remove the cause of the discomfort, so it always returns once the medication wears off. The real hunger comes from our soul that yearns to be nurtured and made to feel safe and happy.

The true path of enlightenment begins when we exhaust the outer ways and end up stuck, sidetracked, burned out or lost in life. Enlightened people are intensely interested in the inner world. It is usually the last place we look for the answers to true and lasting freedom and happiness.

Hermes, an ancient Egyptian philosopher created a saying, "As above so below." This means that every manifested form starts with an idea in the universal mind before it becomes a physical reality. The inner universe consists of thoughts, feelings and visions that come through the mind, heart and soul. When we learn the interaction of these powerful tools and energy and how to use them, we have discovered the master secret of the ages and with practice are enabled to transform our lives and enjoy the blessings of abundance wherever we choose to focus.

Just remember that the cause lives in the heart and soul. The effects live in the physical, mental side. We can't change the external conditions of what has already happened, but we can create new causes.

Most people try to change the circumstances and conditions of what has already happened. To permanently remove discord, confusion, lack and limitation, we must remove the cause of these conditions instead of trying to numb out the effects. This is done by creating a new cause.

We can cut off a weed in the yard or garden near the ground, and it will grow right back, usually stronger than ever. Why? Because we didn't dig out the roots. Our lives are the same.

Next week, in part two, we will take a look at the inner workings of the subconscious and super-conscious minds. They were created to help us on our journey through life. All we have to do is make peace within ourselves, surrender our own lower will and ask our higher will to bring us our greatest desires. You can do it.

Conventional blow dryers - like all heaters such as those found in your car - emit positive ions.
